1. Summary
clubggreview.com is a static editorial website. It has no user accounts, no comment system, no newsletter and no advertising network. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us: by email, or through the review form at the foot of the review. Submissions are read by the editors and are never published on the site automatically.
2. Data we collect
Email correspondence. If you write to [email protected] we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and to correct the review if needed. We keep correspondence for up to 12 months and then delete it.
Review form. If you use the form at the foot of the review we receive the name or nickname you enter, the location you optionally give, your rating, your message, and your email address if you choose to supply one. We store the submission on our own server and email a copy to the editors. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, used to limit how many messages one connection can send in an hour; the address itself is not kept. We use submissions to check and correct the review and to reply to you. Nothing you send is published on the site automatically, and we do not publish a submission, in whole or in part, without asking you first. We keep submissions for up to 12 months and then delete them.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time). Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are rotated automatically. We do not use them to profile visitors.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site does not set tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Fonts, styles and images are served from our own domain.
4. External links
Links to GGPoker, ClubGG, regulators and other third parties lead to sites with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your data.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
