Age limits

Online poker is for adults only. The minimum age is 18 or 21 depending on your state or country. In most US states with regulated online poker the limit is 21. Never share an account with a minor.

Play within your means

• Decide on a bankroll you can afford to lose before you deposit, and keep it separate from money for rent, bills and family.
• Set a time limit for each session and stop when it is reached, whether you are winning or losing.
• Do not chase losses. Variance in poker is real, and moving up in stakes to "win it back" is the fastest way to a bigger loss.
